How do I measure for a new register or grille?
Always measure the size of the actual duct opening in your wall, floor, or ceiling. Do not measure the existing faceplate. For example, if the hole in your wall is 4 inches by 10 inches, you should order a 4x10 register.
What materials are Reggio Register products made from?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials including solid cast iron, sand-cast aluminum, solid brass, and premium woods to ensure durability and a refined aesthetic for your home.
Can I use these registers for both floor and wall installations?
Most of our registers are suitable for both floor and wall applications. However, for wall or ceiling installations, we recommend using our pre-drilled screw holes to ensure the unit is securely fastened.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or oversized grilles are non-returnable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Custom finishes or handcrafted cast iron pieces may require a lead time of 4-6 weeks for production and quality inspection.
Do you offer custom sizes for historical renovations?
